- Browse online, add the item to cart and make the purchase.
- If the design requires info like your menu, seating chart, guest names, program etc we will contact you directly to get the relevant information from you to complete the order.
- We email a digital design mock up to you for your approval.
- We then continue to make the items and courier the order to you.

Custom Stationery • are one of a kind designs to match your idea and wedding theme exactly. Custom designs require additional time, if you’re able to allow a few months, we’d love to assist with a custom quote.
- First, let's get a quote • Fill in our easy to follow online quote form. On this form please:
- Describe your idea in detail, including the colour scheme and how many items you'd need.
- Send us photo example of the stationery you like. Not exact images, but a vibe, a mood, pics of your table, pics of stationery you've seen and liked etc.
- We quote according to the picture you’ve painted in our minds and the more detail in your brief the more accurate your quote.

Once your quote is finalised a 50% deposit is payable giving us permission to get started with your order.

Next we'll start with the design - If the design requires info like your menu, seating chart, guest names, program etc we will contact you directly to get the relevant information from you to complete the order.

I then use the info you’ve given to design and email 3 unique digital mock-ups to you using your inspiration pics as guidelines.

You then send your feedback about the designs, and I use the comments to amend and complete a final design.

Once the client has approved the final design, we continue to make the items and inform you as soon as they are ready.
