Template design

When you buy stationery and choose a template design from our online shop.

• You see • You like • You buy • We make •  (it really is that easy)
    1. Browse online, add the item to cart and make the purchase.
    2. If the design requires info like your menu, seating chart, program etc you will receive an easy-to-follow online form via email to fill in for us. Not to worry, the form guides you and provides additional info where necessary.
    3. We then receive an automatic email with your filled in form.
    4. We make the design changes, adding your info to the template.
    5. We then email the design to you for approval.
    6. Onse you've approved the design, we manufacture the item.
    7. You can collect your order or the order is sent via courier. • Read the Collection details in another blog post. :)

      Custom Stationery

      Ordering Custom Stationery that is designed just for your wedding.

      • First, let's get a quote and book your order - Fill in an online quote form. Again it’s very easy to follow and the form tells you which info we need to send you a personalised quote. 
        Tips:
          • Describe your idea, colour scheme and email a few pics so we can start to paint a picture of what we’ll be creating. 
          • Provide photo samples of what you like as stationery. Not exact images, but a vibe, a mood, pics of your table, pics of stationery you've seen and liked etc. 
          • We quote according to the picture you’ve painted in our minds and the more detailed your brief the more accurate your quote.
          1. After you’ve received the quote your 50% deposit serves as approval. We then have your permission to get started.
          2. At this point, we can book your consultation or schedule a Zoom call if you’d like to further brief us in detail on your idea.
          3. Next we'll start with the design - If the design requires info like your menu, seating chart, program etc you will receive an easy-to-follow online form via email to copy and paste this info into. 
          4. We’ll receive an automatic email with your form.
          5. I then use the info you’ve given to design and email 3 unique digital mock-ups of your order. 
          6. You send your feedback about the designs.
          7. I take your comments and complete a final design for your approval.
          8. When you are happy, you approve the design and voila, we make it.
