Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Should you for any reason wish to return any item(s) purchased from Geskenke by Dosyne, you will be allowed to exchange the goods for any other products of the same value, or request a refund. 
  • You will be liable to return the goods to Geskenke by Dosyne at your own cost. 
  • Please advise us in writing (hello@geskenkebydosyne.co.za) of your wish to return/exchange. 
  • The goods must be returned to us, undamaged, and the original condition and packaging within 14 calendar days.
  • Customised stationery is not returnable.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued upon inspection of the returned goods.
  • Geskenke by Dosyne reserves the right to deduct any direct costs associated with the order such as delivery costs from the final refund amount.
  • Only goods in a resalable condition are eligible for refunds.
