Frequently asked questions

If we have our own designs, am I able to send those to you for printing?

Because we’re a design-and-manufacturing studio rather than a traditional print shop, we don’t offer a pure “send-and-print” service. For fellow graphic designers or couples who prefer to handle their own artwork, we usually recommend that they work directly with a local printer.

Most of our couples come to us with their ideas and inspiration, and we help them turn that into a cohesive stationery suite. For those looking for something quicker (but still beautiful), our online collections are a great option.

When will I get my order?

Although I use "WE" a lot, we are a small team of 2. Please book your wedding stationery in advance ♡. Click to view our lead times.

Shipping and Collection Costs?

SHIPPING • Starting at R99.00

Our Courier partners offer a Monday to Friday (09h00 – 17h00) delivery service.
Delivery to Main Centres usually occurs within 3-4 working days from dispatch of order.
We cannot guarantee any specific delivery date and time.

COLLECTION • Free R0.00

You are welcome to save yourself the courier fee and collect in person during office hours, and by appointment. We will book your collection appointment directly once your order is nearly ready for pick up.

Do you offer custom design or products?

Yes, we offer custom designs and product development, which require a longer lead time. If you’re able to allow a few months, we’d love to assist with a custom quote.

Thus allowing our business to grow organically. We might not entertain you with daily posts, but we spoil you rotten with our attention to detail and timely delivery.
