We’re Opening Our Shop to Local Makers

We’re expanding our shop with a curated selection of gifts + goodies and are inviting reliable suppliers to join us.
Our model is simple and low-risk: we list selected products on our online shop at no cost, and handle the packaging and shipping to the customer.
In return, we look for consistent quality, reliable supply, and reseller pricing that allows us to sell at the same price you do.
We value clear communication and long-term collaboration, and we believe the best partnerships are built with makers who take pride in their work and enjoy working together.

Who we’re looking for

Local makers who create great products, can supply them reliably, and communicate clearly. We’re looking for people who take pride in what they make and are easy to work with.

What we offer

Free listing of a selected range of your products, together with ours, on our online shop - no cost. We handle the packaging and take care of shipping orders to customers.

Why it's Free

When I started, I quickly realised how easily overheads like rent can put pressure on a small business. I already have the shop and the space to grow, and I’d love to use it to support fellow small business owners rather than see that space go to waste.

What we require

Your products must be locally made, consistently high quality, and available when ordered (ideally within 5 working days).

We also need to buy your products at a reseller price so that we can make a profit while selling them at the same price you do — this way, we don’t undercut or compete with you.

Your product needs to reach us at Bonnie Brae, Cape Town

How it works

1. We list a curated selection of your products alongside items from other local suppliers.
2. When a customer places an order, we notify you.
3. You send the product to us.
4. We package the full order and ship it to the customer.

Product Guidelines

We accept a wide range of giftable products suitable for adults and everyday gifting. Items should be non-perishable and should work well as thoughtful gifts for the home, lifestyle, or special occasions.

How We Handle Branding

In terms of branding, we follow a hybrid “non-attributed resale” model. Your branding remains on the physical product (labels, tags, or packaging); however, we don’t publicly credit or promote individual brands in our marketing, listings, or social media. Our focus is the product and what makes it great. We’d also like to assure you that we never misrepresent products as our own — our shop is a collaboration of local talent, and we'll market it as such.

Selecting a curated list

Our online shop is a carefully curated collection of items. For that reason, we won’t list every product you make. Instead, we’ll choose a small selection that fits well with our overall range, alongside products from other local makers.

Consider this before applying

Please note: If at any point the arrangement no longer feels like the right fit, we’ll reach out to chat it through and remove the product if needed. By applying, you’re committing to reliably supplying your product when needed (or making arrangements to ensure this), along with consistent quality and service.

"I'm making space for suppliers who are not just skilled, but also lekker people — collaborators who take pride in their craft, believe in quality and service, and who we can walk a mile with." xo, Henriëtte

Read the long version

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to read this page. We tried to keep it short and sweet.

We are currently expanding our gifting range and are looking for reliable local suppliers to collaborate with.

  1. We'll follow an on-demand fulfillment model. In this setup, we don’t hold stock upfront. Instead, we'll list a curated selection of your products on our online shop and once an order is placed, we inform you of the purchase, you then send the product to our location, and finally we package the client’s full order and ship it to them. This allows us to deliver a consistent, branded customer experience while keeping the process efficient for everyone involved.
  2. The most important factors for us when selecting suppliers are quality, consistency, and availability. Products must be locally made so that they can always be supplied reliably.
  3. Your product listing on our online shop will be free of charge. To make this model sustainable, we would need to purchase products from you at a reseller’s rate. This structure ensures that we can cover our overheads, earn a fair margin, and still sell to the public at the same price you do. In this way, we avoid competing with you on price while building a partnership that is mutually beneficial.
  4. We also place a high value on reliability and communication. Since we don’t hold stock, we rely on our suppliers to deliver quality products within agreed timeframes, and to communicate openly should any issues arise. Ideally, orders should reach us within five business days of confirmation.
  5. In terms of branding, we follow a hybrid “non-attributed resale” model. Your branding will remain on the physical product (labels, tags, or packaging), but we won’t publicly credit or promote your brand in our marketing, listings, or social media. Our focus is the product, and what makes it great. However, we'd like to assure you that we don’t misrepresent products as "ours" — our shop is a collaboration of local talent, and we market it as such.
  6. Finally, we believe in working with suppliers who are not just skilled, but also lekker people — collaborators who take pride in their craft, believe in quality and service, and who we can walk a mile with.

If this resonates with you, and you'd like to explore the possibility of us working together, please click here to fill in our online application form.
