Can you print the artwork I've designed?
We do not offer a print-only service. To maintain our quality standards and give our clients peace of mind, we personally design and prepare all artwork printed or manufactured through us.
For print-only services, please contact your local commercial printer to confirm their artwork requirements.
How do the designs on the website work? Do I make changes?
Certain templates include editable text fields for personalised details (names or dates, or wording). We make those changes for you. We’ll send a digital proof showing the final layout as it will print. You can request edits to the editable fields, and we’ll update the proof. Printing starts only once you approve—please check spelling, dates and names carefully. This personalisation is included in the cost.
Which changes to the stationery templates are charged extra?
Only changes affecting the layout are charged additionally, such as colour adjustments to intricate backgrounds, font changes, or adding additional design elements. Please discuss these changes with us before ordering so we can advise which design fee to add to your cart.
When do I get my order?
- Allow 12–15 business days for production.
- If your template includes personalisation, please add 5 business days, as we first prepare a digital proof for your review and approval before printing.
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend placing your order well in advance.
- Lead times exclude courier delivery, which can take up to 4 business days.
- Please allow extra time for bulk orders and during peak wedding/holiday seasons.
Will you be adding more designs to your template collections?
Definitely :). Our online shop continues to grow and change as we do, and I'm here for it!
As a small two-person team, we keep our collections limited so that every product can be thoughtfully designed and carefully made.

Can you create custom artwork for my event or business stationery?
Yes, we accept selected custom projects when our workload allows. As a small two-person team, we manage our online shop alongside ongoing client work. We therefore accept custom projects when we have the capacity to do them properly and believe we are the right creative fit.
Custom design is an investment in both time and money, so please enquire in advance. Pricing is based on your brief, and detailed projects may include an additional development fee for sizing, testing and production setup.

Can I supply you with my logo?
Yes. Please provide your logo in a high-resolution vector format, such as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. If you only have a low-resolution image, the logo may need to be redrawn to ensure a high-quality print. Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before we proceed.
Can you copy a design I found online?
No. We value originality and creative integrity and therefore do not copy or reproduce another designer’s work, as this constitutes plagiarism and copyright infringement.
Inspiration images are welcome and used as guidance only, allowing us to create an original design with a similar look and feel. Requests to replicate existing designs may result in the quote or project being terminated.
My event is next week. Can you help me?
Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute orders. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, alongside work for our regular clients. Booking well in advance is therefore essential to give your project the time and attention it deserves.
