Shipping and Collection

We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa. PO Boxes/ Post boxes do not apply.
We also offer collections from our office in Bonnie Brae, Cape Town.

A R99 Shipping fee will be charged on orders going to main centres within the Western Cape.
A R99 Shipping fee will be charged on orders going to main centres within ANY other South African Province.
Please note that delivery to areas outside of main centres, and some remote areas might result in additional fees.
In some cases, these additional fees may only be discussed with you after your order has already been completed.

Orders are made to order, please visit our LEAD TIMES page for information ons how long your specific order will take.
Lead times may differ if customisation is required.
Should you require your order faster that the time stipulated on our LEAD TIMES page the order is considered a rush order and arrangements must be made before placing your order online. Please email us on hello@geskenkebydosyne.co.za, we are happy to help as best we can!
Geskenke by Dosyne strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible.
No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Our Courier partners offer a Monday to Friday (09h00 – 17h00) delivery service.
No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery to Main Centres usually occurs within 3 working days from dispatch of order.
All other deliveries should take place within 5 to 7 working days from dispatch of order.
We cannot guarantee any specific delivery date and time.
If the Courier company is unable to effectively deliver the parcel within 2 attempts, the parcel will return to the sender. Resend of the parcel will then be at the client's expense.

You are welcome to save yourself the courier fee and collect in person, please be mindful of the below arrangements as our Office is also our Home 🏠.
