Lead times • When do I get my order

Although I use "WE" a lot, we are a small team of 2. Please book your wedding stationery in advance. Products are made-to-order, so lead times do apply. ♡

Shop Gifts + Goodies

  • Orders are ready in 5 - 10 working days, unless otherwise specified.
  • Custom stamps can take up to 15 working days to manufacture. Please plan accordingly. 
  • Lead times exclude the delivery time of the courier which can take up to 4 business days. 
  • Please allow extra time for bulk orders and during peak wedding/holiday seasons.
  • Rush orders may be possible on request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Shop Wedding • Template Designs 
(Stationery purchased from our online shop) 

  • Allow 12–15 business days for production.
  • If your template includes personalisation, please add 5 business days, as we first prepare a digital proof for your review and approval before printing.
  • Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend placing your order well in advance.
  • Lead times exclude courier delivery, which can take up to 4 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for bulk orders and during peak wedding/holiday seasons.
