Template or Custom (What's the difference)
Template based • the designs on our website are template-based. The designs on our shop is pre-designed and ready to use. The images on our shop shows exactly how the items look. Where applicable, the design will be personalised by replacing names or dates or more, exactly as the template indicates. At the online shop you are able to view the design, read the descriptions, and get prices on the spot. Our shop is template-based, however, we can make changes to our design should you require it. Planning Ahead • Lead Times
Although I use "WE" a lot, we are a small team of 2. Your order • From Start to Finish
Template design • the designs on our website are template-based. Browse online, add the item to cart and make the purchase. If the design requires info like your menu, seating chart, guest names,  program etc we will contact you directly to get the relevant information from you to complete the order. We email a digital design mock up to you for your approval. We then continue to make the items and courier the order to you.
