HOW TO ORDER • Once you've chosen your item remember to:

1. Indicate within what quantity bracket you’ll be ordering.
2. Also, fill in the specific quantity you require us to make.
3. Add to your cart and continue to make the payment.
4. We’ll be notified of your purchase and continue to make the item.

• Artwork: Our online shop is template-based, the picture shows exactly how your item will look. Where applicable, the design will be personalised by replacing names or dates or more, exactly as the template indicates.

CHANGES TO OUR TEMPLATE

• Our shop is template-based, however, we can make changes to our design should you require it.
• PLEASE NOTE changes are charged additionally and the appropriate design fee must be added to your cart. Click to view the design fee options.
• Design fees ONLY apply if you request additional changes to our template and the fee is determined by how extensive those changes are.
