How to order
- Read the product options above and make your selection (where applicable). Some items offer variants (e.g., size), while others are a single standard option.
- Enter the exact quantity you’d like us to produce, then add to cart and complete payment securely. Once your order is placed, we’ll be notified and will contact you directly if any details are needed to fulfil your order.
- If your order includes personalised printing, we’ll send a proof for your review and approval before we start printing.
Updating our template with your details
- Certain templates include editable text fields for personalised details (names or dates, or wording). We’ll send a digital proof showing the final layout as it will print. You can request edits to the editable fields, and we’ll update the proof. Printing starts only once you approve—please check spelling, dates and names carefully. This personalisation is included in the cost.
- Additional design changes (e.g., text colour, font changes, or added design elements) are quoted and charged separately. Please get in touch first and we’ll advise the correct design fee to add to your cart, along with any impact on lead time.
When do I get my order?
- Allow 12–15 business days for production.
- If your template includes personalisation, please add 5 business days, as we first prepare a digital proof for your review and approval before printing.
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend placing your order well in advance.
- Lead times exclude courier delivery, which can take up to 4 business days.
- Please allow extra time for bulk orders and during peak wedding/holiday seasons.
- Rush orders may be possible on request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Do you take custom orders?
- Yes — if your event is 12+ weeks away, we do take custom orders.
- Custom orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Custom wedding stationery is designed to your specifications to match your idea and theme, including background artwork, floral elements, layout, and materials.
- We value creative integrity and never copy or reproduce another designer’s work. Inspiration images are used as a guideline only, so we can create an original design that captures a similar look and feel.
- To keep design fees lower, Geskenke by Dosyne retains ownership of the custom artwork/design files and reserves the right to add the design as a template option on our website after your event.
- Exclusive use of a custom design is available at the full design fee and must be arranged before we start the project.
- The 12-week lead time excludes courier delivery time of up to 4 business days, and large quantities may affect lead times.
- Rush orders may be possible on request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
